Tyler Erickson is a Certified Residential Appraiser that has experience working on a broad range of assignments across several key market areas around the United States. Assignments include office, retail and shopping centers, multifamily (including student housing), healthcare (medical offices, independent living, skilled nursing facilities and memory care facilities), light industrial, vacant land, residential subdivisions and special purpose properties. In addition to these commercial assignments, Tyler has significant experience appraising luxury and/or unique properties in Minnesota and Colorado. He specializes in several facets of real estate appraisals, such as the ski markets of Colorado, such as Aspen, Vail, Winter Park, Breckenridge, etc. and large land valuation in multiple states. In addition to this, Tyler was procured as a research assistant that worked directly with several professors at the University of Minnesota with several research projects ranging from economic disparity analyses to ethnographies. Several of these papers have since been published and Tyler is a co-author on one paper currently pending publication.
