Andrew Babula joins our team, bringing over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in development, leasing, investment analysis, and portfolio strategy. He has led multi-state and international projects, including over 2,000 multifamily units, 4.3 million square feet of office, retail, and multifamily properties, and corporate campus developments. His experience includes analyzing $220 million in investment opportunities, negotiating complex commercial leases, advising Fortune 500 companies on headquarters redevelopment, and securing public financing to support large-scale projects. He also teaches real estate development and appraisal coursework to emerging professionals, providing him with strong analytical and valuation insights.

He brings hands-on development knowledge, financial analysis expertise, and a broad understanding of diverse property types to support our appraisal practice.
