Daniel is a professional specializing in real estate appraisal, market analysis, and litigation support. As Vice President of the Litigation Division, he’s an expert in providing testimony and detailed analyses for legal matters. Daniel has built strong relationships with a diverse client base, including big companies and government agencies. In 2011, he served as President of the North Star Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, showcasing his leadership in the industry. With a degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, Daniel holds various professional titles. He has shared his knowledge by teaching real estate appraisal and leading training sessions. Daniel has also written and spoken on topics like property tax appeals and real estate market trends.
