Thomas conducts various real estate appraising duties as assigned by the supervisor and reviews and analyzes property information. Performs real estate market research and shadows on-site inspections. Stays up to date on current laws and regulations and produces detailed appraisal reports to be shown to supervisor. Collaborates with supervisory appraiser on improvements of appraisal methods and has worked with industry professionals. Has worked as a residential appraiser in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan area and gained valuable knowledge of the area.
